Dave, In preparation for the merger, they filed an 8-K today which gives pro forma financial statements for the 1996 and 1997 fiscal years reflecting the combination of the Company with American Explorer. freeedgar.com Pretty complicated, but does show the end of '97 book value was $25,738,202, in agreement with your number.
