Hi guys, REASON FOR SUDDEN INCREASED VOLUME AND PRICE? They concluded a two hour conference call from 12noon - 2.15PM EST. It went GREAT!!! Lots of questions asked. Great responses by Lou Knickerbocker!!!! In a nutshell--the takeways: 1) Pure Energy could command a market cap of $1B to a high of 2.5B at the IPO price. IPO should come 4Q 1997. This means Pure Energy could be worth a low of $25/share to KNIC to $60/share. 2)Insta HEAT which KNIC owns 25% of, plans its IPO in April/1997. This could be our sleaper!!! 3)Lou exects core business to do 80-100M in sales in 1997. Profits will be hurt somewhat, because of its committment to grow its BASE. I will post more later, anybody listened to the conference call and share anymore take-a-ways?
