If I read you right, the peg, any way you figure it, is still way low for the company, and below the industry.

I always ignore comparisons with the "industry." My experience is that the list of companies included in the industry makes most comparisons with it invalid.

QCOM serves as a good example. How valid can comparisons with anything be? No other company sells CDMA as a proprietary architecture so few comparisons are valid. It's not like comparing two companies that sell shoes.
