Here's an article on hydrogen out today that mentions fuel cells. I think if you want to know what may be driving the stock here, look to the attention the EU is paying to reducing emissions. There is a report out today that indicates that fuel cells will play an important role in helping the EU meet the Kyoto requirements. If I find a link for it I will post it. biz.yahoo.com
