I agree. Eliminate their deductions! If you raise their rate to 39 - or 117% like Koan would like to do -you just give them more incentive to hire a team of lawyers to find the loop holes. AND gives them every incentive to hire lobbyist to make more loop holes and democrats are as bad at doling those out as republicans.
