Somehow I don't think that the Bush Admin has in mind what Shafer presumes it will be. The Media all have Vietnam on the brain. They think this will be some version of "Friday Night Follies." Couldn't be more wrong. I wish they had spent the money to get an Independent Iraqi TV Station on the air. Or had least had got out of the way and let the locals start one.
