mindmeld, Holy crap! Jozef! I actually sent a letter to the White House right after the Iraq war started suggesting this very same thing. In that letter I recommended splitting the oil revenues 50/50 between the people and the government. It's a great idea, and 50/50 split would be great so that the government would still get some money (and it would not have to tax people very much). It would have been a great idea to do it early. Now, so close to the election, it should come from some of the candidates there. Joe
