Approvable letters with requests for more clinical data are the new "not approvable" at the FDA :-)

If I had been smart, I would have predicted that Genta will pull the application. I believe they did that with the melanoma application after it got spanked at ODAC. It's probably what they will do with this CLL application as well. But if they leave it to decision day, then i do think they'll simply get an approvable.
