<<<<<<<would oracle, or yahoo, or Sun ever bid on this company?>> ORCL and SUNW seem likely candidates, YHOO is inspiring thought. Imagine if YHOO bid for NSCP, would EXCT, or INTU, or even AOL bid for NSCP.

........if aol, xcit, or yhoo bought nscp the stock would soar. imagine how how a search engine would grab eyeballs with a deal like that.

.......not sure sunw or orcl understand the business enough to pull it off. seems like right now yhoo and xcit understand the eyeball concept--sunw and orcl are more enterprise firms and i am not sure they are savvy enough about the conusmer to compete in this area.

......maybe it is just my prejudice, because i do think that sunw and orcl hate msft enough to offer to buy nscp. nscp needs some very savvy marketing guys that know consumers well--not sure barksdale is the guy, questions about mcneely an ellison too.
