I predict this benefits NEITHER company.

A company the size of JPM can process cheaper on its own.
IBM will screw this up and manage to lose $ cause they do not know how to hire cheap labor and get the job done.

Further prediction.

JPM walks away from this deal in less than 2 years, unsatisfied at the results.

Sure did not seem to do much for IBM ah.
