jay, You are correct. The few institutional investors I spoke with felt very pleased and confident about the future especially on the R&D side. The small fish on the other hand all seemed upset because they had their little hearts set on a domestic partner or a partner for Japan. The female SD patent announcement March 8 took us from 2 1/4 to 5 3/4 in 2 trading days. Me thinks that the premature ejac. patent announcement early next week may take us from the 4 to 5 range to 8. We shall see. But since most here want short term entertainment I guess I'll tell them what I know. Maybe if we are lucky Vivus will make the premature ejac. patent announcement tomorrow am.
