Harold, large PTIs are indicative of "immaturity" if the 5-35 oscillator has not retraced to at least zero. The PTI is based on relative areas under wave3 and above wave 4; if wave 4 is only incipient, then PTI is going to be very large and be meaningless- don't pay any attention to it until you get the required retracement.
