Now in my are. Sure aren't enough of them. Wiki says they are for underserved areas, migrants and homeless. I want to see one in every CVS, Walgreens, Wal Mart, Vons...then hook them up with Quest diagnostics or some such lab for discount testing. Preventative medicine on the cheap. I think California has something similar now.
