Yes, it's a very distinct possibility.

AAPL's still "as safe as houses" as far as stocks go, but The Fed keeps hammering away with the interest rate increases so we know how safe investment in the housing market is going to be right now.

Moving forward into the spring and summer, the real estate tsunami will begin hitting both coasts in the U.S. pretty hard, especially the West Coast I think, where Cupertino is. The Apple spaceship campus is far enough inland not to be hit with the waves directly, but it'll stay grounded and unable to fly because the waves crashing on the coast will cause earthquakes and tremors felt as far away as Nevada, and especially Las Vegas.

That will be a far better time to invest in real estate, but you'll have to spend all that cash to get all that saltwater out of the basements and such, or do extensive other repairs.

Just be sure to call Doren if you need a showerpan installed that won't leak, he does outstanding work and guarantees it too. That's assuming he hasn't ridden off into the Winona Sunset by then though and retired.

I hope he has...
