Got my SDLI Friday afternoon. At close I was off a couple of bucks and was thinking there would be a pullback Monday as it was up 10+. Woke up about 2:15PST to turn off the TV and went over for a few minutes to CNBC and heard about the deal. Been up all night. Rick
