Why we love tutu?

Well there is the infamous 10K per week while he kept Marengi around as acting CEO. Then there are the bumbling books and quarterly channel stuffing disasters. Totally missing the Internet take-off. Letting the company go down the drain while he took the compensation and apparently backed the wrong CEO. Missing the opportunity to sell the company to IBM. Maybe his airplane and his country club attitude don't quite mesh with the image of an actively engaged BOD or maybe its just that he doesn't appear to give a damn about the stockholders or the company or anything but himself and his pocket. Or maybe I'm just mistaken. But anyone that has participated in all of the disasters that this BOD has and in a responsible position like he has had, should have the good grace to resign. I mean what does this man tell his cronies. I participated in driving this company into the ground while I took $10K a week!

So long as Young and the other BOD members will not take responsibility for their actions what can you say about the sense of responsibility the company will get out of its employees? Or do you think Timpanogas was an accident and not symptomatic of a deeper problem of personal responsibility?
