Singapore definitely. They have been one of the most proactive countries in dealing with Y2K related issues.

Btw, the latest edition of Red Herring has an article that pretty much substantiates my take on Y2K and Asia. That there will be turbulence in that region, but it should bode well for US assets, especially T-bills.

That means the US banking sector should be ready to rock and roll after the turn of the year (once we figure out if any locking up occus in the global financial system of derivatives)

Going to be lots of bank mergers next year here in the US. Especially in the regional and community banks.
