Eric .. I believe what is meant by the fixed conversion price is that a minimum of $0.40/share (to TK) has been set. So if you apply the 22% discount, a floor of approximately $0.52 has been set. Obviously though, the company feels that any future financings will be done at higher prices. We all know that the perceived knock about convertible debt financings is that the lender, once it knows that you need the money, will begin to short your stock. I want to make it very clear that TK will never know when we will ask for some money. They know that we have other sources of financing available. However, having TK's money in place gives us some leverage in dealing with other financing groups. I would like you also to consider this. Over the past year or so, TK has been accused of some serious allegations re:toxic financings. I'm not here to debate whether that has happened or not, but I am suggesting that we could become TK's "poster child" - to show the world that perhaps they are not so bad.
