Tis why 1 doesn't "btm" fish after a hard break, not if they want return of capital, instead of seeking return ON capital. I don't have any inkling of what is ahead for this company, but it is sure fire SOMEONE has it in their unfriendly sights, and it isn't pleasant. Time to brush up on technical analysis bottoming indicators. Frankly, they are more statistically and historically reliable than picking tops.
