I read this speech just a few weeks ago with my students (as part of the unit on historical writings we read junior year as part of American lit- the part the wing nutters - who claim we don't study the Constitution or history- are apparently completely ignorant of- and my class is just English, not even history): usconstitution.net Education. It's time the wingnuts got one. Maybe we should take up a collection. And if you have not read the speech before, you are in for a treat. It's a great speech.
