It was Ike who was paranoid about the "domino theory" in S.e. Asia, and LBJ and Nixon who just killed the Vietnamese (and many others in adjacent countries) helter skelter.

Then we get Bush who did stuff covertly, and the rest of the bastards, RaYGUN AND gw. Except for JFK, Carter and Clinton, RW crazies have been running our foreign policy for 60 years.
