I assume because Jubimer considers their case to be strong, and the risks of letting it go to jury are substantial. I further assume he considers the case to be strong because it is based upon patents Mitsubishi had previously paid royalties on ...and other companies are paying royalties on now. Does anyone on this board subscribe to Morningstar? I am curious if AXC is listed among the major holdings of any small cap growth or technology funds. Any recent changes noted? Thanks.
