Usually, when these talking heads call a chip bottom, after they've already run up like 50% or more, it marks a short term top, or very close to it. Where was their chip bottom call when the SOX was at 350, ha ha ha. I just remember these chip calls well, the last one was at the beginning of August. I wonder if they make these calls, so they can unload.
