That's why the 15% buys. If it keep going down I limit my risk, if it pops, I still participate. Just trying to manage the odds in my favor would you buy or short this one: stockcharts.com either a nice reverse H&S on the weekly or another failure and drop to the .30s. Pays a 7% div, so I have added over the years on weakness and then sold on pops.
