These assays are quite encourging. Seems that Medinah hits gold were ever they drill. If we could just get a sizeable drill program going-we just might get somewhere!

A couple of geology notes:
a) Breccia pipes often increase with minerlization with depth.
b) Hanging wall area of the pipe is favored for gold-especially if enhanced by leeching from above.
c) Veins intermixed in the breccia material account for a lot of the gold-not an even distribution.

I think if you look closely at Hole #3 assay results and the results for this hole-you will see a, b, and c above.
I don't expect the hole to have a 5 gram/ton average through the whole length once its finished but you never know.

In regards to tonnage, IP suggests a sideways pyramid shape to the minerlization. As long as you are drilling relatively shallow holes-your step outs will be close together. It won't be until Medinah drills the 1000 plus meter holes before we start proving up some serious tonnage.

In regards to dip. The IP and the drill results suggest a pretty healthy
down dip of the minerlization-if we were on flat ground-we would be kind of screwed as for as a nice inexpensive open pit mine; however if you closely examine a topo map and where the minerlization is expected to be-a few things stand out.....the dip plunges towards the surface of the side of Alto De Lipangue. Lots of explosives placed properly will be needed to remove the side of the mountain-at least the overburden won't have to be removed out of a pit. Get the picture? Cheers.
