That's legal blather, Kenneth. Can't lawyers resist their avaricious tendencies even when American lives are at stake? What co would help with surveillance of foreign terrorists in the future WHEN they know vultures in law offices are prepared to pounce? Democrat politicians will vote in the affirmative for the FISA bill, otherwise voters would toss them out of office. It's unfortunate the American people can't impose that kind of perfect justice on greedy trial lawyers as well.
