I also listened to both of the guys during the debates from my Point Loma home. Tried hard to make up my mind but unfortunately concluded that they are both real intellect dummies. While telling my friends "I am so happy I don't have to vote 'cause it would be like having to decide between Chirac and Schroder"... No one said that either candidates were the best their parties had to offer. Nonetheless, the two differ significantly in serveral areas including intellect. Maybe your Swedish mindset prevented you from seeing those differences, Tarry! <g> How can you even mention the word "intellectual" when talking about these guys? Arnold to me looks like Einstein compared to any of them. And he is supposed to have it all in the legs. Or if not there at least in the muscles somewhere else. There's the problem.......you see Arnold as an intellectual. I don't think Arnold is stupid but an intellectual? Come on? He's a plain speaking, non politician [yet] who also was a popular actor. And from what I understand he is running into similar problems as Davis running CA now that the honeymoon is over. Which takes us to the price question: Who says that the ideal US president would be an intellectual??? I mean, when did that happen last time? Agreed. There are many variables that I think are important.....intellect is just one of them.
