brazil recoverey has just started and did not suffer the run-up in the 1990's like mexico because the 2,000% inflation scared off investors.also brazil seems to have scared off the dictators for now (unlike a lot of the fiefdoms in asia). brazil has tremendous natural resources and a large country/population base. if brazil can lower the deficit and keep inflation at bay i'm long..if they screw up.......watch out..tbr could drop like a stone!
