I just found out about ECGOF in a cold call from a broker with First Hanover who was aggressively hyping the stock. I haven't had time to look into it too closely, but judging by the recent rather sharp drop in the price of the shares and the plans for multiple acquisitions, it smells as if a secondary offering may be coming up.
