"Gates is upset" MSFT is an investor in Roadrunner, and MSFT has veto power over the appt. of the first Chief Executive. So nothing is going to happen with Maffei without Gates' OK. According to the WSJ, look for Gates to try and get significant concessions from this deal. This could be good for MSFT. Shea
