CityView has acquired 10% of the leading Australian B2B e-commerce company Sands Solutions.com Pty Ltd for Aus$5
million (US$3,300,000), with pre-emptive rights to increase its interest in that company.
Sands Solutions.com pioneered in Australia, the new generation of on-line order processing techniques. Current products
certified by worldwide rights include Smart Clips. The advantage of Smart Clips solutions is that they can be integrated into
various financial systems, allowing cost effective e-procurement for high volume, low value purchases of goods and services.
Sands Solutions.com is developing value for money, cost effective solutions which include the Virtual Warehouse, the
Electronic Market Place and the Buy-side Quotation / Bid System which is to be released mid 2000. Other applications are
Internet, Intranet, Client/Server and Smart iNet EC.
