You forget that Islam is at war with the West. The West never wanted a war with Islam. But getting your cities bombed is darn hard to ignore. As far as the west losing a war with Islam...only in your dreams. We are already at war with Islam and their hate may now be on the table for everyone to see, instead of being well-hidden before. But at least now we can deal with it squarely.
