yes on surface perhaps, but not in their basements Japanese banks have very little participation in derivatives they dont gear much at all we do I liken it to C4 all along the pillars in bank basements I never deny that Japanese banks are walking zombies in fact, they have been called vampires by the analysts since they kill healthy businesses US banks have managed to recreate themselves into casinos that is a stark difference US major corporations have managed to restructure themselves into financially engineered twisted entities finance is America's great weakness now, exposed as a casino in every board room we each deserve a pointed finger both are in a world of hurt / jim Boston College?
