I noticed that when Jim Perry was interviewed on CBC Newsworld, he was careful not to say anything bad about Ballard.

I can't remember the quote exactly, but I think he said that both SOFC and PEM have advantages and disadvantages. He wouldn't say one technology was better than the other.

Ballard has a lot of marketing muscle - it would be a good fit for both companies.

Pure unsubstantiated speculation...
