Tim, I believe you read Q-ly earnings reports and must know that corporate tax is from 30 to 40% for most money making corps. I think goverment likes to tax them as much as individuals. But corps in turn pass this taxes to middle class anyway.

In regard to RBOCs extra charges for internet users. How would they charge ISPs that bypass them? For instance Universities have their own networks and leased lines.
