I agree it's misinforming. If you look at SEC filing, they are definitely paid by Cash other than stocks. Stocks are the options. But comparing to the old management team, $200,000 is probably much less serious. I can't find Stan's post about those guys( old management )' salaries. I remember it's much, much higher than that.
