Pat, An article in today's Mercury News, page 2c of the business section should be of interest to you and Bellboy. The article is titled: "INQUIRIES SEEK TO PRY OPEN TELECOM INDUSTRY". From what I read, the column talks to the Government's frustration ofer the lack of progress in opening up telecommunications markets. I think you'll both enjoy the article. Take care Alex
