When was the last time France was of any use whatsover in a military operation? When was the last time the Russians sent troops in an international military operation? The answer is never. The Germans and Japanese haven't sent troops anywhere in nearly 70 years and they have almost zero to begin with. Patton was right when he said he would rather have an acordian while hunting than a Frenchman and he would rather have 3 German SS divisions in front of him rather than a French division in reserve behind him.
