Well, the Stock Market is down 300+ points, while the Senate fiddles and tries to burn the WH. Have either the House or the Senate done anything at all constructive this year? Except go on vacation, and "back home"....and bring cots (at taxpayer expense) into the Capital for a farce and well-publicized slumber party?
