"eflon, Decided on about a 1/3 reduction on my Microsoft holdings for a couple of weeks." ??? I'm surprised, tech. It would be helpful to me and I imagine many others for you to share your reasoning. Given the upcoming depositions, I really do expect some positive movement on this stock in the next few weeks prior to the start of the trial (which may be delayed past mid-May). You can bet the MSFT will have its best muck-raking lawyers handling the deps on Case, et. al, and some juicy tidbits will no doubt be featured prominently in the media.
