Good for you Jacalyn,

I have not been receiving confirmation, so what I do is go to Transaction history put in the date and ticker. It shows buy, bought, then order to sell, sold. I print out a hard copy so I have proof because I do not trust them. If they are having this many problems think about with the year 2000. I have already taken action little by little to make sure they have nothing when we get to Nov 99
