I bought 60,000 shares today in three buys of 20,000. None of them were executed whole. I owned PRWT earlier in the month and sold when my profit became uncomfortable. Wish I had stayed longer. I planned to reenter when I felt that it had sold off sufficiently. Today was my day to reenter. It could bottom here or maybe .045 on the ask. OK with me because it will reach new highs on the next move. As far as news is concerned, I have one hypothesis. If a company has many additional millions $ to work with in market cap like PRWT some news will result and I doubt if it will be bad.
