Dave, I sold ESST too early also as I had picked it up a week earlier before it broke 19 (buy point) but when they announced the secondary, that is almost always a big drag on the stock for a month or two, but it just kept going up. So much for the "experience factor". Have you seen any explanations for it going against the tide on the secondary announcement? Bruce
