AAPL on Wall Street Week.

Guest money Manager Nick Whitridge of Babson Value talked up AAPL to the panel.

Said he looks for troubled companies with strong financial positions that have the staying power to give new management the time to bounce back. He mentioned AAPL's $10/share in cash and "wonderful technology".

He actually brought up AAPL twice but no panelist wanted to take the bait.

FYI, Babson Value (BVALX) is large-cap value fund with a buy and hold approach. BVALX divides its assets equally among 40 positions with an annual turnover of about 15%.

BVALX is rated 5-star by Morningstar. I've been following it for 3 years and have advised friends and family to use it in their portfolios.
