Disagree and distinguish as LB frowns. The Cubans who emigrated here initially were very much influenced by America's culture of success before they left Cuba. They were wheel-barrowed before they left and thus were predisposed to success. Their success is no surprise. Later Cuban immigrants had no such indoctrination. In fact, many such as the Marielitos, were simply a criminal class, selected by Fidel to harm us. I find the Wheel Barrow and Double Wheel Barrow analogies incredibly compelling and well supported. In fact, I find The Futurist's blog a notch below brilliant.
