3Com wireless router with encryption moving with me. Can offer to pay 50% of his costs until I get my own ADSL.

If I get neighbor to share ADSL I have to install 3COM into his house, connect him to one port of the 3COM box (there are 4 of them) and get signal over the air.

I may not find neighbor in line of site since I'm in the 2nd floor neoghbor might be in the 5th floor.

Or I install the 3Com wireless router in his house and run a CAT-5 cable all the way to him via de telephone duct.

This being Iran it would be difficult for them to accept. But let me contact the service provider and see if he give me a hint of another user in my flat.

Thanks will let you know what I've found.

A 3Com wireless router with encryption in embargoed Iran, interesting, isn;t it?
