Sure. That is why Bush is putting his most loyal followers in various positions, despite their qualitfications. The lid is going to be clamped on information so that we won't even know what is going on. Loyalty will be rewarded, dissent will be punished. It wouldn't surprise me if at some point it will be almost imposssible to access the foreign press.
