Answer, I can not tell you what or where or when, but the man has been good to me with tips and he and I both are buying more LGOV at these prices. BTW i make and lose money mostly on what other people tell me. I am not a cheer leaded or basher that makes me a player. Good Luck to you on your investements---francis terry
