Penni-- Perfect Eric is my cleaning man. He's from Sri Lanka; I'm not sure his name is actually written "Eric", but that's how it's pronounced, and he is perfect, or very nearly so. I do have to hide my pantyhose after they're washed, or he'll iron them, but that's his only fault. I've an extremely short attention span where housework's concerned; I couldn't live without him. (Yesterday he finallly dealt with the Christmas tree, which I had still not managed to get to. I see that next year I will not have to spend hours untangling the strings of lights, as I usually do.)
