Turkey wants a big share of the Iraq oil if we go in
and that's the hang up with her.( they want to put
in more troops than U.S. troops. )
Rumor has it that we have enough recon troops already
in southern Iraq to secure those oil fields.
( concerned about him blowing them up )
Chances are we already have a sizable amount of troops in
Northern Iraq too.
---
At any rate if the bombs start, the market will panic
how ever if Sadam does a flip flop, ( and he might )
and if the UN gets a new resolution ( due to all this
pressure ) and suddenly it looks like this is resolved
short of war, the market will explode to the upside.
---
How long a rally will run will still depend on where
the price of crude oil settles.
However I expect an all out war will send us below
the Oct lows.
